Job description
The Master Mixer plays a pivotal role in the precise preparation of dough batches based on established formulas and is tasked with managing the daily functions of the mixing department. This position includes guiding the mixing team, upholding quality standards, and keeping detailed records for each production batch. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in bakery manufacturing, particularly in dough mixing and the operation of industrial machinery. A strong understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP and GMP, as well as proven leadership abilities, is essential.
