Job Summary
The main role involves overseeing customer relationships while being the key internal liaison for manufacturing accounts. The individual will be responsible for generating precise manufacturing quotes and managing the order processing journey, from the first inquiry all the way to final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture customer relationships within manufacturing accounts.
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for all manufacturing-related queries.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate the entire order processing workflow, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to delivery.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, technical sales, or estimating.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess and interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and manipulation.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
