The Account Manager is responsible for nurturing relationships with vital clients and acts as the main liaison for addressing concerns and promoting business growth. This role includes managing inspection processes, guaranteeing prompt report submissions, and handling administrative duties such as billing and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Applicants should have at least a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in customer service or inspection-related roles. A solid understanding of petrochemical industry standards, along with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, is essential.
