**Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist**
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for overseeing vendor interactions, processing invoices, and reconciling credit card transactions in the ERP software. Additionally, this role will assist the finance team with data entry, document organization, and a variety of accounts payable and receivable duties. Applicants should possess prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting and demonstrate strong skills in MS Office and spreadsheet applications. Key attributes required for this position include exceptional time management, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
