Job description
The Activities Coordinator oversees the recreational therapy element of a permanent housing initiative designed for women who were previously homeless. This role involves delivering trauma-informed care and gender-responsive assistance to promote housing stability and support psychosocial recovery. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in either a community residence or inpatient environment. Additionally, a valid driver’s license from Massachusetts and prior experience in event organization or group leadership are essential.
