**Job Title: Activity Assistant**
The Activity Assistant is responsible for organizing and implementing enjoyable recreational and therapeutic activities aimed at improving the well-being of residents in a healthcare environment. The role includes keeping precise records of participation, conducting individual visits in residents’ rooms, and maintaining a secure environment for everyone. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have the physical capability to support residents and carry out preparation tasks. Prior experience in a healthcare or senior living context is advantageous but not essential.
