Job Summary
The position of Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Palliative Medicine is a full-time role based in Lake Forest, Illinois. Responsibilities
- Administer and prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Illinois.
