Job description
The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide extensive palliative care in both hospital and outpatient environments. Duties will entail performing health evaluations, overseeing complex care strategies, and engaging in rotating on-call duties. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree from an accredited nursing or physician assistant program along with a valid Illinois license. For Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), an acute care certification is necessary, and a minimum of two years of pertinent experience is highly desirable.
