Job Summary
The Advanced Provider plays an essential role within the critical care team, delivering exceptional care in a 12-bed enclosed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This position is pivotal in enhancing patient outcomes through effective collaboration and patient management in a dynamic hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a closed ICU setting.
- Manage patient encounters efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to enhance overall patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold certification as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
- Possess a current national certification and DEA license.
- A valid California state license is advantageous for applicants.
