The supervisor oversees all inspection and parts preparation operations, including NDT and CMM processes, to ensure quality and schedule adherence. They are responsible for leading a diverse team, maintaining accurate inspection records, and issuing Certificates of Conformance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, NDT certification, and significant experience in inspection or manufacturing operations. Proficiency in reading complex drawings, GD&T, and operating industrial equipment is required.
