Job Summary
This position entails spearheading the comprehensive integration of artificial intelligence throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes conducting needs assessments, implementing pilot projects, and overseeing governance. Collaborating with various cross-functional teams to formulate AI strategies, facilitating training sessions, and defining best practices for AI-enhanced engineering will be crucial elements of the role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete implementation of AI solutions in the software development process.
- Conduct analyses to identify organizational needs related to AI.
- Oversee the pilot projects for AI integration and ensure proper governance.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop effective AI roadmaps.
- Provide training to staff on AI applications within engineering.
- Establish and promote best practices for AI-assisted software engineering.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical positions, including roles such as Software Developer or DevOps Engineer.
- Proven hands-on expertise with AI-driven solutions in the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to interpret business requirements into technical frameworks.
