Job Summary
The AI Solutions Delivery Lead plays a critical role in identifying and defining key business challenges to develop effective AI and automation tools aimed at enhancing operational processes. This position encompasses overseeing the entire solution delivery cycle, from the creation of initial prototypes to ensuring user adoption and measuring performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and articulate high-impact business issues suitable for AI and automation solutions.
- Manage the complete delivery process of AI solutions from prototype development to implementation and user engagement.
- Measure the effectiveness of deployed solutions and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology product delivery.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in applied AI or intelligent automation.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline is mandatory.
- Strong communication abilities and familiarity with enterprise security protocols are essential.
