Job Summary
The Allergy Mixing Technician plays a vital role in the preparation and compounding of immunotherapy vials following established physician protocols. This position entails maintaining precise patient medical records and ensuring a clean, sterilized, and well-stocked laboratory environment, all while complying with safety and confidentiality regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix immunotherapy vials as per physician guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Keep the laboratory environment clean and fully stocked.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or Lab Technician; licensed nurse candidates are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Current CPR certification essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the capability to work independently.
