**Anodizing Production Supervisor**
The Anodizing Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the manufacturing process, focusing on adhering to safety regulations, optimizing production efficiency, and upholding quality benchmarks. Key responsibilities include supervising personnel, creating production schedules, and ensuring accurate inventory management within the department. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least a Level B wastewater operator permit. A minimum of 2-5 years of related experience is essential, alongside strong computer proficiency and the capability to read and interpret technical drawings and bills of materials.
