The Key Holder collaborates with the store management team to enhance sales performance, oversee daily operational tasks, and create a customer-focused atmosphere. This individual will mentor team members, support omni-channel operations, and uphold visual merchandising and cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates will possess prior leadership experience and a solid capacity for teamwork. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, as is a willingness to learn and develop within the company.
