They will act as the first line of technical support, collaborating with engineering and flight operations teams to resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Candidates must hold a current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate and possess strong mechanical aptitude. The role requires the ability to interpret technical documentation and work effectively in a fast-paced, operational aviation environment.
