Job Summary
The APP – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role at Sanford Health focuses on delivering comprehensive care in Family Medicine within the Clear Lake, South Dakota area. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Evaluate and diagnose patients’ health issues.
- Monitor and manage treatment plans for chronic and acute conditions.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
- Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Completion of an accredited program in nursing or physician assistant studies.
- Experience in Family Medicine or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
