Job description
The technician’s role involves identifying and fixing issues with major household appliances, all while delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, they are expected to handle work orders using handheld devices and adhere to performance standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience in appliance repair, HVAC, or electrical systems is advantageous.
