Job description
**Job Title: Model Layer Engineer**
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the model layer by developing post-training pipelines and assessment frameworks to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of clinical documentation. Your tasks will include refining open-source models, overseeing inference infrastructure, and working closely with clinical specialists to determine model functionalities. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in applied machine learning or AI engineering, particularly with hands-on involvement in deploying LLM-based systems into a production environment. Familiarity with fine-tuning techniques such as SFT and LoRA, along with a solid background in Python and machine learning tools, is essential.
