**Job Title: Member Relations Representative**
In this role, you will interact with union members to clarify benefit programs and arrange virtual meetings. You will assist members throughout the enrollment process, finalize documentation, and ensure client records are kept up to date. This is an entry-level position, and prior experience in the industry is not necessary. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, fundamental computer skills, and a self-driven, goal-focused attitude.
