**Job Title: APR Technical Lead**
The APR Technical Lead will take charge of guiding, ensuring quality, and supervising the daily operations of the Advanced Problem Resolution team. This role involves overseeing intricate IT contracts, managing staff, and guaranteeing that all services comply with scheduled timelines and production requirements. Applicants should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent area, hold an ITIL certification, and have at least one Microsoft certification. The position demands 15 years of experience in the IT sector, including a decade in a managerial role, and the capability to secure a Public Trust clearance.
