This role involves overseeing intricate IT contracts, managing staff, and guaranteeing that all services comply with scheduled timelines and production requirements. Applicants should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent area, hold an ITIL certification, and have at least one Microsoft certification. The position demands 15 years of experience in the IT sector, including a decade in a managerial role, and the capability to secure a Public Trust clearance.
