Job Summary
The Analyst will play a crucial role in assessing the outputs of AI models, specifically focusing on speech and voice AI systems. The position involves delivering organized feedback aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of these AI technologies. Additionally, the Analyst will conduct audit reviews, recognize data patterns, and collaborate with various teams to improve quality standards across projects.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the performance of AI model outputs and provide structured feedback for improvements.
- Conduct audit-based reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and analyze data patterns relevant to speech and voice AI systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic.
- Minimum of one year of experience in data labeling or a related field.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong attention to detail and the capability to adhere to strict guidelines.
- Able to work onsite at designated locations.
