Job description
The Architectural Field Coordinator is responsible for performing site visits to assess structures and track project developments, in addition to overseeing the permit application and approval process in collaboration with municipal agencies. This role includes the upkeep of digital project documentation and leveraging AI technologies to enhance communication and improve workflow efficiency. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in California and have access to a dependable vehicle for traveling to various project locations. Essential qualifications include excellent organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a strong command of modern technologies and cloud-based applications.
