Job description
The Area Business Manager will establish a regular presence in the field to collect and analyze insights at the account level for the benefit of senior leadership. This role also involves spearheading training programs and offering assistance to regional sales teams to promote unified performance and strategic coherence. Ideal candidates will possess over 8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector, ideally with a focus on rare diseases or specialty sales. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and the position requires excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities, along with a willingness to travel frequently.
