**Job Title: Area Merchandising Manager**
The Area Merchandising Manager is responsible for leading merchandising teams at designated retail sites to deliver exceptional plant presentations and uphold inventory quality. Key duties involve hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating team performance, as well as collaborating with account managers to achieve both sales and operational objectives. Applicants should demonstrate effective leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for team management and conflict resolution. This position also necessitates a basic understanding of mathematics, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the physical capacity to work outdoors and lift weights of up to 100 pounds.
