Job description
The Asphalt Superintendent plays a pivotal role in managing field operations related to paving, grinding, and maintenance projects, while also focusing on crew productivity and performance levels. This position requires the coordination of logistics at job sites, implementation of quality control measures, and adherence to safety regulations, including OSHA standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in asphalt paving or heavy civil construction, coupled with a demonstrated history of leadership. Candidates must be skilled in interpreting plans, familiar with asphalt equipment, and capable of overseeing project scopes effectively.
