Job Summary
The position entails executing assembly tasks involving core stacking, landing, and topping, as well as pre-wiring and final assembly processes. The individual will adhere to specified work instructions, construction standards, and safety protocols while ensuring efficiency and productivity in assembly operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assembly work on various transformer components including core stacking and final assembly.
- Prepare necessary materials and tools for assembly tasks.
- Follow established work instructions, specifications, and blueprints meticulously.
- Wire transformer components and utilize appropriate equipment safely.
- Maintain compliance with safety data sheets and procedures throughout the assembly process.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Capable of reading and interpreting technical instructions and blueprints.
- Ability to lay out materials and proficiently use assembly tools and equipment.
- Experience working with diverse materials and performing tasks independently.
- Knowledge and adherence to safety standards and procedures are essential.
