The role of Assembler I involves the assembly, testing, and packaging of products on an assembly line, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks. This position requires rotating among different production stations, keeping precise production documentation, and working alongside team members to achieve daily productivity targets. Applicants should have a minimum of one year’s experience in a manufacturing setting and be skilled in soldering or working with microscopes. A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
