Job description
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the branch, guiding drivers, and ensuring the smooth movement of freight while adhering to safety regulations. This role includes supporting sorting, loading, and staff training, as well as managing operational documentation. Applicants should possess a high school diploma, with preference given to those holding an associate’s degree, alongside a minimum of one year of experience in the transportation sector. A valid CDL Class A license is necessary or must be acquired within 90 days of being hired.
