Job description
**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic**
Responsibilities include conducting regular preventive maintenance and fueling of heavy landfill machinery, including loaders, dozers, and compactors. You will be responsible for keeping precise service records, tracking fluid inventories, and making sure that all maintenance operations align with safety and environmental guidelines. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history. Applicants should be capable of lifting 50 pounds and must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
