**Job Title: Supervisor**
The Supervisor is responsible for offering operational guidance and administrative management for the hospitalist program. This position includes overseeing the team of hospitalist assistants as well as daily operational workflows. Key responsibilities involve coordinating staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes, while also working alongside clinical leadership to enhance processes and foster program development. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of an associate degree and at least three years of supervisory or leadership experience within a healthcare environment. Essential skills include strong organizational capabilities, effective communication, and adept problem-solving to ensure efficient management of administrative tasks and support for clinical personnel.
