**Assistant Construction Manager**
The Assistant Construction Manager collaborates with the Construction Manager to manage the homebuilding process, which includes scheduling and coordinating with trade partners while upholding quality and safety standards. This role entails tracking site logistics, timelines, and financial plans, along with facilitating clear communication among all project stakeholders. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of one year of related experience or education in construction. A solid understanding of blueprint interpretation, familiarity with building regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software are essential.
