Job description
**Job Title: Assistant Controller**
The Assistant Controller oversees the accounting functions, including the monthly and yearly closing processes, ensuring precision in financial reporting and adherence to regulatory standards. This role involves collaboration with senior management on financial strategies, treasury functions, and the guidance of accounting personnel. Applicants are required to possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA license, which can be either active or inactive. A background of 15-20 years in pertinent experience is essential, alongside a strong understanding of audits, GAAP, and leadership within accounting teams.
