The Assistant Controller supports the corporate controller in managing accounting functions, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key duties include overseeing month-end closing processes, maintaining the general ledger, and performing financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience and 3+ years of managerial experience. A CPA or progress toward certification is preferred, along with strong proficiency in accounting software and internal controls.
