Job description
The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing home health and hospice services, guaranteeing that patient care is delivered at a high standard in alignment with physician directives and agency guidelines. This position entails managing personnel, directing quality enhancement initiatives, and supporting administrative tasks such as recruitment and policy formulation. Applicants should be a Registered Nurse or hold an equivalent licensed professional qualification with a two-year degree. Ideal candidates will possess three to five years of experience in health care, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
