Job description
The Assistant Director collaborates closely with the Center Director to oversee the daily functioning of the facility, uphold exceptional standards of care and safety, and provide guidance to teaching staff. They play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to licensing regulations and building robust relationships with families and the local community. Applicants should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a similar discipline. Additionally, a minimum of two years of leadership experience in a reputable child care or preschool environment is necessary.
