The Assistant General Manager collaborates closely with the General Manager to manage the hotel’s daily operations, guaranteeing exceptional guest service and optimal financial outcomes. This role involves supervising and mentoring team members, handling payroll responsibilities, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a select service or extended stay setting. A valid driver’s license and the capability to maintain a flexible work schedule, which includes weekends and holidays, are essential.
