Job description
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for guiding, training, and enhancing the front-of-house staff while managing the daily operations and service excellence of the restaurant. This role involves partnering with leadership to oversee financial metrics, inventory management, and adherence to safety and health guidelines. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of managerial experience in a restaurant with comparable volume and style. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a similar discipline is preferred, accompanied by robust financial acumen and leadership abilities.
