Job description
The Assistant Manager will oversee shift operations, ensuring high standards of quality and safety while delivering outstanding customer service. This position includes responsibilities such as managing cash reconciliations and facilitating training for both new employees and those up for promotion. Candidates should possess prior leadership experience and must be physically capable of remaining on their feet for extended periods and lifting weights of up to 50 lbs.
