Job description
The Assistant Manager oversees shift operations, maintains quality and safety standards, and guarantees top-notch customer service. This position also involves managing cash reconciliations and facilitating training for new employees as well as those advancing within the company. Candidates should possess prior leadership experience and must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting weights up to 50 lbs. There are no formal educational prerequisites for this role.
