**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager in achieving financial objectives, fostering team growth, and overseeing daily operations within the store. This individual is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing inventory management, and upholding safety and compliance regulations in the store. Applicants should possess prior experience in retail leadership and be at least 18 years old, holding a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is highly desirable.
