**Job Title: Assistant Manager**

This position also entails upholding the store’s cleanliness standards, implementing corporate policies, and safeguarding the company’s assets. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in retail or grocery management is highly valued. Additionally, the job requires the physical capability to lift weights of up to 55 lbs and to engage in activities like walking, standing, and climbing.
