**Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator**
The Maintenance Coordinator oversees the CMMS, organizes and schedules maintenance operations, and aligns resources to ensure the dependability of equipment. This role also involves managing purchasing processes, maintaining inventory, and reporting on maintenance key performance indicators to enhance operational effectiveness. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in maintenance planning, CMMS management, or a comparable area. An associate degree in a technical or business discipline is preferred, complemented by excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
