Job description
The Senior Planning Manager will oversee the complete Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and spearhead supply chain planning efforts to meet revenue, profitability, and cash flow targets. This role will serve as a catalyst for change, enhancing planning processes while supervising a team of supply chain experts. Applicants should possess over 10 years of experience in S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory control, with a demonstrated history of successfully managing 5-step S&OP methodologies. Furthermore, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience working with SAP MRP and ERP systems in a discrete manufacturing setting.
