**Job Title:** Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating store operations, with a focus on enhancing customer service, fostering team growth, and overseeing everyday activities in the store. Key responsibilities entail ensuring the store’s cleanliness, managing stock levels, and upholding adherence to company policies and safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and prior experience in retail or grocery management is highly desirable. The position demands physical capability to lift items weighing up to 55 lbs as well as the ability to walk, stand, and climb as required.
