**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing store operations, focusing on tasks such as replenishing merchandise, enhancing customer service, and maintaining the facility’s condition. This position involves collaborating with the Store Manager in the supervision, training, and development of store team members, while also upholding company policies and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Applicants should possess prior experience in retail management and must be capable of performing physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Essential skills for this role include strong communication, organizational abilities, and problem-solving capabilities, along with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
