**Job Title: Compliance Manager**
The Compliance Manager will oversee the daily compliance operations in the U.S., focusing on AML investigations, transaction monitoring, and consumer financial protection. This role involves providing guidance to product and operations teams regarding regulatory obligations and maintaining collaborations with auditors and banking partners. Applicants should have 3-6 years of experience in U.S. financial crime or compliance operations, preferably in a fintech or banking setting. Essential qualifications include substantial hands-on experience with alert disposition, sanctions screening, and a thorough understanding of U.S. consumer protection laws.
