Job description
The Assistant Manager II plays a vital role in the daily operations of the store, which encompasses customer service, inventory oversight, and upholding store standards. This position also involves collaborating with the Store Manager to mentor, train, and cultivate the skills of store associates, all while fostering a safe and respectful workplace. Ideal candidates will possess prior retail management experience and the capacity for physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs. Essential qualifications include excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a high school diploma or its equivalent.
