**Job Title: Program Supervisor**
The Program Supervisor is tasked with the planning, coordination, and assessment of workforce development initiatives while overseeing personnel and budgetary operations. This role involves spearheading outreach activities, nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to both federal and state regulations. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and have a minimum of three years’ experience in workforce development, including at least one year in a managerial role.
