**Shift Leader**
Shift Leaders play a crucial role in guiding the team through effective leadership, collaborating closely with staff members to provide exceptional customer service. They manage the restaurant’s daily functions, which encompass food preparation, cooking, and sustaining a clean and efficient kitchen atmosphere. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or its equivalent. A background of 1-2 years in a leadership position is necessary for this position.
