The Assistant Manager II plays a key role in managing the store’s daily activities, which encompasses customer service, inventory oversight, and maintenance of the facility. This position involves collaborating with the Store Manager to train, supervise, and enhance the skills of store associates to uphold company standards. Applicants should possess a background in retail management and be physically capable of handling tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities are essential for successfully navigating store operations and leading the team.
